When you sign up for a Client Support Package we take care of any content changes you need on your website. Just visit our service desk and submit your content changes (text or photos) and we'll get them done for you.
Software & Security Maintenance
Just like any technology it's important to keep your website up to date with the latest technology and free from any potential harm.
Each month we'll perform routine maintenance on your website using our maintenance service checklist. This includes updates, security scans, and website performance optimisation. We'll also monitor your website 24/7 to make sure it's always running. We detail all of this in our monthly report that is sent to you via email at the end of each month.

Our maintenance packages do not include website hosting, but we can arrange to include it in the price for you.
Absolutely not. You can cancel anytime by sending us quick email or giving us a call. We'll cancel your contract at the end of the current month & won't charge you again.
It's easy. Just submit a support ticket via our support email and we'll get onto your request as soon as we can.
Once you sign up, you'll be charged monthly via our secure payment gateway with the credit card of your choice.
Content changes include content that you have ready, such as text or photos, and does not include creating new content, images or designs for you.
You simple send an email to us with clear instructions on the content you want to change on your website and we'll let you know when it's done - usually within a couple of business days.
Our response time for content changes is usually 8 hours and we ask that you request one change at a time per email.
If you have a task that is beyond what is included in your plan, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately.
However, many time we will evaluate requests that exceed your plan on a case by base basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at the support rate listed on your plan.

We keep your backups in a secure cloud location on Amazon S3 servers. They are completely secure and accessible at any time in case we need to restore them on your website.
The whole purpose of our client plans is preventative care, so we work hard to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case something does happen and your website needs emergency care, we will be there to help you get it back up as quickly as possible.
We cannot promise your website won't be hacked, but we can promise we'll do everything we can to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.
Email is our best form of communication since it yields the fastest response times. However, we know brainstorming and reviewing visual work can be best on the phone or a video call.
These consulting calls are reserved for our Enhance & Boost client. They help us create and maintain strategy for your website growth. We often use these sessions for online screen sharing, small updates and additional training.
You simply book your consultation via our online calendar and we'll be ready with the agenda to make the most out of our call.
